Shipping Times

Fast sending 24-48 hours after receiving payment. P.O. Box accepted. We ship from inside the USA with priority 2-3 day service. Ship cost is a flat $30.

(There is no customs clearance needed because all shipping is done inside the USA.)

Signature Policy

Signature is not required. The courier will drop your parcel directly at the address provided by you.

Tracking

We always send tracking numbers to our customers for every order, and we check them on a regular basis throughout the day to make sure your shipping runs smooth.

Returns & Lost Packages

If you do not accept the package and it is returned to the sender, we cannot reship it (we do not ship with real sender information on the parcel) — it will be lost and eventually destroyed.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to a wrong shipping address given by the customer, or failure to retrieve an undelivered package from the post office. The return address on packages is not valid, so unclaimed packages will be deemed lost.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package and be available at the given location. Don't leave the package at the delivery address for over a few hours — collect and remove it as soon as possible.
